Congratulations

Congratulation to Rylie Nunez and Jenna Turvey on being selected for the 2024 Pride of the 208 Scholarships. Both are 12 yr students of the Payette School system and will use their scholarship funds towards completing their secondary educations.  We wish you all the best in obtaining your desired education.

The Idea

The Pride of 208 Scholarship was started by a group of former students who remained friends since grade school and graduated PHS in 1985.  In January 2021 the group came up with the idea of giving back to the community that helped them grow and develop into the individuals they are today.  As a result, the Pride of 208 Scholarship was created.

The Scholarship

The Scholarships are designed to go to deserving individuals who have spent the majority of their education years in Payette and are seeking to further themselves educationally individuals.

The Criteria

Applicants must have maintained a 2.08 or better GPA, completed the majority of their educational years in the Payette School System and submit an application to qualify.  Yep, that's right. 2.08 GPA.  We believe greatness and success can be achieved in life even if you didn't understand Geometry.
